Tenant Qualifications and Expectations for Our Rental Properties
Matching great tenants to great properties is what we do best. To qualify for one of our rental homes, you must meet the following criteria:
- Verified income of at least 3 times the monthly rent
- No money owed to any prior landlords
- Criminal background check with no record of violent felony convictions in the prior 7 years
- Not listed on the sexual predator list
- Not listed on the terrorist watch list
- No open bankruptcy case
- Good residential and employment histories
- Good payable credit
- No Evictions, judgements or liens in the past 3 years.
We also check the sexual predator list and the terrorist watch list, and we will not lease our rental properties to anyone on those lists.
